Portales resident Daniel Webster will be tried in court Sept. 27 for charges of criminal sexual contact of a minor, a fourth degree felony.
New Mexico State Police conducted an investigation after Webster was accused of inappropriately touching two female minors.
Webster was arrested Sept. 1 and released Sept. 6 on a $5,000 bond.
